Pint please
Going for a pint of beer or two a few years back was a good experience.
Choosing a pub was no problem, there was a selection of rooms - bar, lounge, concert and, smoke rooms, along with waiter service, and a landlord who knew how to keep his cellar nice and cool and the beer top notch.
The pumps were more than likely pulled by a fair maiden - Tennents, Tetley, Gilmour, and Stones bitter, best or mild the choice was yours. Happy days, cheers.
