PICTURE: "Turkey" cloud spotted in skies over Sheffield

It may be still seven months away, but the festive bird has made an appearance in the city ahead of schedule with this cloud formation which was captured on camera by keen photographer Simon Dell.

Simon posted the picture on Twitter with the caption "turkey cloud" - and the photo of a white fluffy cloud against a blue sky certainly seems to resemble the shape of the bird much favoured on our plates comes Christmas Day.
