‘We’ll miss you’: Beres pork sandwich shop pays retirement tribute to Sheffield worker after 36 years of service

Well wishes have poured in for a longtime member of staff at a Sheffield's popular sandwich chain who decided to hang her apron for one last time.

Ethel, who has worked at a Beres Pork Shop on Rawson Spring Road, is going into retirement after serving the shop for 36 years.

In a Facebook post, Beres Pork Shop said: "Happy retirement Ethel. Thank you for 36 years of outstanding service. We'll miss you."

The post, which has since garnered over 100 likes, also received messages of support and appreciation from their regular customers.
