Stray chicken found by students on night out in Sheffied

The students found the homeless hen in the Crookesmoor area of the city on Friday, March 13, with the RSPCA collecting her the following day.
RSPCA inspector, Sara Jordan, said the group fed her crackers and she even laid an egg for them overnight to say thank you.

Hide AdAfter being taken to the RSPCA animal centre in Bawtry, Doncaster she was kept for seven days before being adopted by a vet nurse at local practice Peak Vets.
Sara added: “She’s a very lucky girl and will have a wonderful life!”
New owner, Nicole Shorto, said it was ‘love at first sight’.
“The RSPCA had already named her Judy and I liked it so I decided to keep it.
