Sheffield is a city with a long history of producing talent whether that’s music greats like Arctic Monkeys, Pulp and The Human League or national treasures on the sporting stage such as Olympic gold medalist Jessica Ennis-Hill or footballers like Kyle Walker and Harry Maguire.

7. Richard Hawley - £2.4m
Sheffield-born singer-songwriter and guitarist Richard Hawley has been nominated for a Mercury Prize twice and once for a Brit Award. Former England international Kyle Walker is a six-time Premier League winner, who also won the Champions League in 2023.
