Sheffield park of the week: The Ponderosa

The recreation ground’s location at the bottom of a hill creates an amphitheatre feel. From the top you can see Kelham Island and Sheffield city centre in the distance.

There’s a playground and if you don’t mind a steep hill climb, it connects on to Weston and Crookes Valley parks too.
