Sheffield neighbours celebrate lottery windfall

Three people living on Manor Oaks Place in Wybourn netted £1,000 each after their postcode – S2 5EN – was drawn in the People’s Postcode Lottery today, Friday, April 10.

People’s Postcode Lottery ambassador Judie McCourt sent her well-wishes to the winners. She said: “What a fantastic way to start the weekend! Congratulations to our winners.”

The latest draw was promoted by the charity Maggie’s, which runs a network of support centres across the country helping combat the isolation and distress that often accompanies a cancer diagnosis. It has received more than £16.1 million thanks to players of the lottery.
