Eight-year-old Tyson needs a new home as his owner recently passed away. He is a affectionate little chap despite being confused about being at the sanctuary! He has lived quite a sheltered life and is reactive to dogs as a result. He’ll need lots of TLC, some quieter walks and gradual exposure to dogs going forward. Tyson has a lovely nature and will make a great new addition. He has not been around children so ages 14+ are advised. Photo: Thornberry Animal Sanctuary
Piper is a beautiful small-sized sassy little terrier, aged five years and two months. She will require a 6ft fence (minimum) as Piper is renowned for being an amazing climber. She is an active girl and would benefit from an active home with people who enjoy lots of walking. She was a stray prior to entry so little is known about her start to life – she is not compatible to live with other pets and would be best suited to live with older children / teens. Penny T is a petite female greyhound, aged four years, who is looking for her forever home. She has lived in a home previously but became quite unsettled whilst adjusting initially. She would benefit from greyhound savvy owners who have reduced leaving hours whilst she settles. Penny walks nicely on the lead and is confident to explore. She is best suited to older teens and can live with other sighthounds. Photo: Thornberry Animal Sanctuary
Jingles, who is around seven years old, has spent some time in foster care after the birth of her puppies. She is incredibly affectionate and will sit on your lap given the chance – she loves toys, and more so food! There is no history prior to her arrival but she has been great with all people and could live with older children (14+). Jingles should be the only dog in the home but has mixed well with cats at the sanctuary. Photo: Thornberry Animal Sanctuary
