"All couples who require refunds, due to their venues cancelling their wedding days have been provided with their refunds or have confirmed the date these will be made, ensuring the refund options are chosen by the client and confirmed in writing.
“No client has been left without either a full refund or an alternative date and all communication states this.”
Jade, 32, said she paid £500 for a wedding package including pictures up until the first dance and a photobook from the event.

“Obviously we don’t need the photos now. I’ve emailed, phoned, everything for refund.
“My fiance even tried on his phone.
"It’s a lot of money and just added stress that I don’t need right now.”
