Sheffield author's good deed for city charity
Due to hit the shelves in April, Strong Stuffis the story of Ruby, a young carer who finds her world turned upside down when her mother dies and she is forced to live with her estranged father.
Amy, aged 33, said: “The story is set in Sheffield and the main character encounters a lot of situations that could result in homelessness so it is very relevant to Roundabout. It is a great charity and they do such important work.”
