The Olive Bar and Grill in Barnby Dun was given the one star rating following a visit by inspectors from the Food Standards Agency in October.

Bosses at the Station Road venue were told improvements were needed in hygenic food handling, cleanliness and condition of the facilities and building and that major improvements were needed in food safety management.

Here’s what the report said:

Earlier this year, Armthorpe’s Elachi was rated zero after an inspection – but has now been regraded to five stars after bosses worked alongside Doncaster Council to carry out improvements.

The Lotus at Warmsworth was also given a zero star rating but has also been upgraded to a four star rating after a second visit.
