Police launch urgent appeal to find missing bandaged South Yorkshire man

Police in South Yorkshire have launched an urgent appeal to find a missing man with a bandaged arm after he disappeared from home earlier today.

Officers in Rotherham are asking for the public’s help to trace Craig Hammond, who has gone missing from the Swallownest area.

Craig, 49, was last seen at 7.40am today (21 March) and reported missing straight away.

He is described as being of medium build and is believed to have bandages on his left arm.

He was last seen wearing a red jumper, black jeans and maroon-coloured trainers.

A South Yorkshire Police spokesman said: “Please keep an eye out for Craig.”

If you spot him, or think you have seen him today, contact police via 101.

The incident number to quote is 184 of 21 March.
