“Wise beyond his years, there’s an unfillable void left behind and he will be dearly missed by all who knew him. However he leaves us all with countless memories and beautiful reminders. He was one of a kind, and will always be remembered. He will forever live in our hearts, until we meet again.”

The family added: “We would like to sincerely thank everyone for expressing their condolences and words of comfort. We are also extremely grateful for all the charity donations received to build a water well in Yousif’s name.

“We kindly request that we are now left to grieve in private. The tribute comes as investigators appeal to trace the occupants of a white car that was reportedly seen in close proximity to the Golf as it travelled along Bawtry Road.
