Garden fire spreads to Sheffield home

Residents had a lucky escape when a garden fire spread to a home in Sheffield.

Firefighters from Elm Lane, Rivelin and Sheffield Central fire stations were called to the scene in Gatty Road, Shiregreen, at about 3.30am this morning.

The fire was started accidentally in the garden and spread to the house but fortunately nobody was injured.

Sheffield Residents
