Recording a narrative conclusion, assistant coroner Tanyka Rawden said: “Although there were risk factors for sudden infant death, including her age, her prematurity, her social circumstances and her lack of immunisations, the possibility of overlying (accidental smothering while sleeping) or suffocation cannot be excluded.”
