Burngreave Foodbank and Sheffield S6 Foodbank receive generous donations from supermarket

Jack's Supermarket on Kilner Way donated snacks, lunchbox items and drinks to both Burngreave Foodbank and Sheffield S6 Foodbank to help with their ongoing work in Sheffield.

Burngreave Foodbank and Sheffield S6 Foodbank are part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK.

The donation from Jack's will help both organisations to continue their selfless work helping the people of Sheffield.

Daniel Saragea, Store Manager of Jack's Sheffield, said: "Everyone at Jack's is always looking for new ways to give back to the local community. Burngreave Foodbank and Sheffield S6 Foodbank have been working so hard to help as many people as possible and we're very happy to help in any way we can."
