Weston Park was packed, as Sheffield came out in force to enjoy the city’s May Fayre.
Stalls, rides and entertainers provided plenty of excitement at the event, held right outside the popular Weston Park Museum, just outside the city centre.
And The Star was there to capture the event in pictures. Take a look at the gallery below and see if you see anyone you recognise.
This year many youngsters flocked to have their pictures taken with some of the characters out of the popular Star Wars films, who proved a popular attraction.
There were also queues of people wanting to handle some of the lizards at the stall of the Jordanthorpe based Scales and Tails.
And as well as several comedy performers, there were two groups of morris dancers, with both Five Rivers Morris and Escafeld North West Morris performing.
