11 pictures of readers’ pumpkins ready for Halloween

Halloween is nearly upon us and this week we asked readers to send pictures of their pumpkins.

Whether they were perfectly-carved or peculiar-looking, it didn’t really matter as the big orange vegetable comes in all shapes and sizes.

We received many great snaps on our social media pages and we have selected a few of our favourites. The shout-out for pictures also coincided with National Pumpkin Day.
