Parents to attend talks over school places saga

Have your say

A public meeting for parents concerned about controversial plans to meet demand for school places in Sheffield will be held tonight.

Sheffield Council has extended the consultation over its plans, which include building two new secondary schools and extending primary schools.

The meeting in Millhouses has been organised by the local Labour party and takes place at the methodist church on Millhouses Lane from 7.30pm.

Options for expanding school places in the south west will be discussed at the event.
