Parenting classes

Call me Dave wants the Government to introduce parenting classes, for parents obviously. Am I a perfect parent? Maybe not, I try my upmost best for my son, but with kids you are peforming for them but they are mostly an unaprecative audience. In society there are people who should never have children, you only have to watch the news to see how some adults treat children. Maybe the classes should be offered before the kids even come into the equation.
