Police are seeking two men after a woman was allegedly punched and slashed at with a knife in South Yorkshire.

The 42-year old victim was reportedly set upon by two men outside a property on Dovercourt Road, in Masborough, Rotherham.

She was allegedly punched in the face and chest, causing serious injuries, and one of the men, with dark hair, is believed to have swung a knife in her direction, slashing her coat.

Police today issued these e-fits of two men they wish to speak to in connection with the reported assault said to have taken place on Friday, February 10 at around midday.

Officers investigating the reported assault of a woman in the Masbrough area of Rotherham last month have released e-fit images of two men they would like to trace.

At around midday on Friday 10 February, it is reported that two men assaulted the 42-year-old woman outside a property in Dovercourt Road, Masbrough.

Witnesses or anyone recognising either of the men pictured are asked to call 101 or email [email protected], quoting the incident number 348 of February 10.
