Pair due in court after Brimington Road crash

Two men are due to appear in court after the Brimington Road crash in Chesterfield.

Simon Burrell, 37, of Gloucester Road, Chesterfield, is charged with dangerous driving and two counts of using a vehicle with insufficient tread.

Daniel Smart, 25, who lives off Derby Road, Old Tupton, is charged with dangerous driving.

The crash on Thursday, March 3, involved two cars and a bus and resulted in a number of injuries.

The men are due to appear before magistrates in Chesterfield on Friday afternoon.
