A driver has had a lucky escape after his tanker overturned in the Peak District.
The vehicle was travelling on Ringinglow Road, near Hathersage, at about 12.40pm today.
Derbyshire Police said the tanker, which was carrying bitumen, rolled onto its side and onto a grass verge. The driver escaped unhurt.
The bitumen had to be drained from the tanker before the vehicle could be turned the right way.
The road is currently closed and motorists are advised to find alternative routes.
