Outrage as man spotted wearing 'ISIS costume' complete with 'pretend bomb' in Sheffield city centre
A man has been spotted walking around Sheffield city centre wearing an 'ISIS costume' complete with a rucksack on the front 'to imply he has a bomb'.
The tasteless attire was spotted by Sheffield resident Alice Kirby, who tweeted: Man in #Sheffield city centre wearing a backpack on his front to imply he has a bomb.
"This is not a joke. This will never be funny."
Asked if it was a group of people in Halloween costumes, she added: "I thought so at first but none of his friends are dressed up. It felt like they were looking for conflict."
