Women work hard at job and family
I AM writing to protest at the sneering tone of the Opinion Friday, September 28, headed 'Can't have it all'.
Many of the young women referred to are running home, career (or job) and a family single-handed, having been deserted by the man who should have been helping, and I admire them.
Before I am accused of being one of them, I would point out that I am 85 but for many years I juggled a job, a home and a family, as these young women are doing and, believe me, it is not easy.
