After reading ‘Traffic woe as pop-up cycle route is opened’ in The Star on July 7, I think it’s time Sheffield Council should be sacked and new people employed there.

To near cut off a business after all we have been through is a disgrace.

I know what they are saying about pollution, but then they just about close a road and cause even more.

Don’t forget your e-bikes have no insurance and don’t use petrol or diesel, so no taxes going into coffers again.

They think they are better than us and we should just do as we are told.

Well looking around, I think there are more brains in the local primary than in Sheffield town hall.
