A lovely surpirse when reading The Star - a reader letter

It was the one of t he ladies in Easter bonnets taken outside The Meadow Pub on Meadow Street, Sheffield.
I remember it vividly, a lovely surprise.
From left to right, the lady holding a drink, I’m sure was called Hannah White, next her is myself then unfortunately, I don’t remember the third lady’s name, but the fourth lady was Clara Conroy.

Hide AdThey were all friends of my mother, Helen Wilson who used to play the piano in The Meadow in the 1960s and 1970s.
I don’t know if any of these ladies are still with us, but what lovely sing-songs we used to have in the pub, which sadly, is no longer there.
