Children on trams cause no harm
Pauline Williams (Sep 4) is kicking up a stink because every morning she has to share the tram with noisy schoolchildren "and their massive backpacks". She also seems to argue that kids should be paying full fare: £10 a week just to get to school and back. This suggestion is absolutely crazy.
I, too, catch the tram to work every day, and many of my fellow passengers are brash, boisterous children who have a laugh with their mates and cause no harm to anyone. That is, apart from Mrs Williams.
