Bus pass dispute
I agree with the commments with regard to student bus passes: students who have still not recieved their passes, even with proof of student status are made to pay full fare. A cost to my family so far is £65, as a result of having to pay full fare every day for a trip to college.
This does not seem to me to be an improvement in services, and for some families may result in their children not being able to continue on to further education. When we are regularly advised to use public transport and indeed encourage our children to stay on for further education, it would seem that this situation should be investigated as soon as possible.
