Obvious solution
I am also disgusted by graffiti everywhere, people should not violate other people's property.
However, to me an obvious solution is to have people on community service being seen to clear up this mess.
We often wonder what “community service” entails and this is a way of showing that we do not tolerate abuse of people or property in our community.
