Nordic walking event to be held in Peak District
The National Trust has planned a Nordic Walking event at the Longshaw estate tomorrow.
Nordic walking was originally used as summer training exercise for cross-country skiers and uses specially designed walking poles to harness the power of the upper body to propel you forward as you walk.
