Non-users in electronic age

I find that emails, the internet, Facebook etc are now being used more than ever in adverts, national papers and The Star.

I accept that we all, (or most of us), are caught up in the electronic age, but there is less thought given to non-users, thus eliminating us from comments that people have asked for, such as competitions and journalists asking us to reply to their observations.

Almost all are devoid of a basic contact number, thus ruling out many people who would like to contribute.

I don’t know what the figures are for non-users.

It would be very interesting to know?
