No plaice for pies in chippy

Congratulations to Steve Morley and Jo Ashton-Morley on winning chip shop of the year.

It is so good to hear that they cook in the old-fashioned way using beef dripping. They sound delicious.

I have just one slight disappointment however. On looking at their photograph I noticed a sign for Pukka pies. Surely an old-fashioned fish and chip shop has no “plaice” for pies?
