No mention of compensation
In response to the letter from KP, S2, on February 4, I recently complained when neither of the buses I wanted, going out and returning home, arrived.
I received a reply from First, apologising and hoping that I would continue to use their service.
No mention of compensation.
At the same time, I also complained about a bus operated by TM Travel, and have still not received a response from them.
