A new mental health housing service has been launched in Sheffield.

The South Yorkshire Housing Association work with Sheffield charity Mind as part of Connect 3.

The service will offer mental health patients three types of support with housing.

They include short-term accommodation and specialist support for those with tenancy problems.

A transitional landlord service will be provided by South Yorkshire Housing Association for those who aren’t confident living independently and mental health clients will also be able to get one-to-one support at home.
