A housebuilder is returning to a Sheffield suburb with the launch of a brand new development just a few hundred metres from homes which it constructed between 2014 – 2016.

Miller Homes' development of 138 properties will include some affordable housing. A range of 2,3,4 and 5 bedroom homes will be built on land just off Hemsworth Road in Norton.

“We are delighted to launch our Graves Fold development in the summer of 2018 and to bring much needed homes to the suburbs of this much loved city,” said Natalie Moore sales manager Miller Homes Yorkshire.

“The homes are in a peaceful setting and will provide a perfect place for people to escape the hustle and bustle of city life whilst being close to all that it has to offer.”

“The Miller Homes ethos is to support local communities with homes that allow people to thrive in that area and we are proud to offer a selection of properties to suit buyers from all walks of life and at all stages of their house owning journey,” said Natalie. “Interest is already high and we expect that many of the homes will be reserved just as soon as they are released for sale.”

The development has been named after J G Graves, a local well respected businessman and entrepreneur who was a major benefactor to the city before his death in 1945.

Graves Fold is located on Hemsworth Road, Norton, Sheffield, S8 8LL. It is 20 minutes’ walk from the city centre and five minutes’ walk to the open space of Graves Park.
