NEW APPOINTMENTS: South Yorkshire estate agents appoints new team member
Estate agents Eadon Lockwood and Riddle, which has offices across South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire, has appointed senior negotiator Caroline Marsden to its property team '“ taking the total number of employees at the firm to 25.
Caroline, who will be based at the company’s Hathersage branch, joins the team with 13 years’ experience in the sector.
The announcement comes just weeks after ELR revealed a nine per cent increase in sales throughout 2015 – with high demand from buyers resulting in ‘above asking price offers’ across the footprint in which the company operates.
