THE family of a Sheffield teenage girl injured in a collision on a pedestrian crossing are appealing for the Good Samaritan who helped her to contact them.
Lois Nettleship, aged 16, of Woodhouse, was walking from Richmond Park to the Hollybank estate when she was struck by a car as she crossed Normanton Hill in December 2009. She suffered a fractured skull, nose, pelvis and leg and needed an operation.
Her family is still trying to piece together what happened and want to hear from a man who stopped and cared for Lois until paramedics arrived and took her to hospital.
He also visited Lois at Sheffield Children’s Hospital the following day.
The Good Samaritan should call 07586 328 365.
Lois is now physically recovered and studying for her A-Levels.
