Naming and shaming
I don't think it will make one jot of difference shaming drink drivers over Christmas by publishing their names.
Some people are hardcore and do the despicable thing of driving drunk on a regular basis.
They won’t care if you name and shame them.
I think if you are caught, then instead of silly fines and a ban, a prison sentence of say three years might make them think again.
