MUSLIM youths gloved up and picked up shovels to clear snow around Sheffield neighbourhoods.

Members of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association of Sheffield, based in Attercliffe, carried out various snow-clearing activities in Sheffield and Rotherham.

A spokesman said: “Our aim is to develop ties and relations within the local community. We lent a helping hand to the local community. Members got involved in clearing snow from footpaths, the front of schools and shops.”
