MURDER PROBE: Man stabbed to death in Sheffield


The 21-year-old, who has not yet been named, was found injured in a house in Southey Avenue, Longley, at 9.45pm and was rushed to hospital, where he later died.
A police cordon is in place around the property and part of the street is sealed off.

Hide AdOfficers are guarding the crime scene while an examination is carried out.
A South Yorkshire Police spokeswoman said: "Detectives are in the initial stages of an investigation after a 21-year-old man was reportedly stabbed in the Longley area of Sheffield.
"Emergency services were called to a house in Southey Avenue at about 9.45pm last night, following reports that the man had been injured.
"The man was taken to hospital but sadly died later that evening. His family have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.

"At this time a cordon remains in place at the scene."
