Masked robbers threaten man with knife on his doorstep

It is understood that two men wearing balaclavas knocked at the door of a property in Main Street, Bramley, near Rotherham, at around 9.05pm last night, Tuesday, December 8.

Police said that on answering the door, the occupant was threatened by one of the men holding a knife.

The men are believed to have entered and then searched the property, taking money as they left.

The occupant suffered what is described as a ‘minor injury’ in the incident. Police have confirmed the injury was not a stab wound.
