Managers need time

I am sure thousands of true supporters of football across both the Sheffield and Leicestershire region would agree with every word.

When he had the Wednesday shirt on, he was a giant.

It is obvious we are not privy to any ulterior reason for him being replaced, but his record with Leicester City was amazing.

Perhaps all our local clubs should reflect on this. Success comes slowly, and chairmen and supporters need to give managers time.

He will surely get another chance at a good level, and his CV will read much better with this bitter experience behind him.
