A man stabbed in broad daylight on a Sheffield estate was chased by two men before being attace
The 30-year-old was stabbed in Batemoor Place, Batemoor, before making his way, injured, to Batemoor Close, where he was found yesterday afternoon.

South Yorkshire Police was made aware of the incident at around 12.25pm and discovered that the man had life threatening injuries.

He was treated by paramedics at the scene before being rushed to hospital, where his condition last night was critical but stable.

The incident is being treated as a 'targeted attack'.
Detective Sergeant Jamie Henderson said: "At this stage it’s thought two men, described as black and wearing dark coloured clothing, chased the victim down the street before attacking him and fleeing the scene."
Extra police patrols have been ordered in the wake of the attack.
