A bin man is in hospital being treated for ‘life changing injuries’ after he was reportedly run over by a bin lorry in Sheffield.

Emergency services were called to Lyndhurst Road, Nether Edge, shortly before 10.30am on Friday May 15.
It is understood that as a bin lorry turned into Alexandra Gardens it had collided with the man, 57, who was working.
Police are now appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision to call them on 101 quoting incident number 219 of 15 May.
