A man was reportedly stabbed in a New Year’s Eve attack in Sheffield.

Details have not yet been confirmed by South Yorkshire Police but part of Chapeltown was cordoned off and under police guard last night following an incident on Ecclesfield Road, close to the junction with Smith Street.
