Man dies after being hit by lorry in Dodworth Road, Barnsley
A man has died after being hit by a lorry in Barnsley.
The accident happened in Dodworth Road at about 9.55am. The man was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. His family have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.
Dodworth Road was closed while the incident was dealt with but has now been re-opened.
Police have appealed for witnesses to call 101 quoting incident 375 of February 13.
