Man in critical condition after Darnall shooting
The 28-year-old was rushed to hospital after suffering a gunshot wound
Emergency services were called to the scene around 5pm, where a 28-year-old man was found with a gunshot wound to his upper body. He was taken to hospital where he remains in a critical condition.Staniforth Road remains closed while police carry out house-to-house enquiries, but no arrests have been made yet.
