Man arrested for attempted murder over stabbing in Doncaster shop
A man has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder this morning following a stabbing in Doncaster.

The 30-year-old man is accused of attempting to kill a 27-year-old man in a corner shop in Field Road, Stainforth, at around 10.25pm on Wednesday, July 11.

"This morning, we arrested a 30-year-old man from Stainforth in connection to the incident. He has been arrested on suspicion of attempt murder and remains in police custody at this time.
"As our enquiries continue, I’d like to ask anyone who hasn’t yet come forward with information that could assist the investigation to get in touch.
"A number of people were in the area at the time the offence occurred and I’d urge them to contact us, they may have information that could help."
