Man airlifted to hospital following serious crash in Doncaster
A 24-year-old man has been airlifted to hospital in Doncaster after suffering serious injuries in a road collision on Wednesday afternoon.
South Yorkshire Police said they were called at around 2:08pm this afternoon to reports of a road traffic collision between a car and a pedestrian on Barnby Dun Road.
A police spokesperson said: “Police and paramedics attended the scene and the pedestrian, a 24-year-old man, was taken to hospital via ambulance after suffering serious injuries.”
The road was tapped off as the police remain at the scene.
